Telugu actor Nani’s film The Paradise has completed a month in theaters. The film was hyped to be a major box-office blockbuster for the actor. Directed by Srikanth Odela, the film had a strong opening due to massive pre-release buzz. However, it crashed after the initial reports failed to impress. The film has struggled to sustain decent box-office numbers over the past month. With the film now streaming on Netflix, its theatrical run has come to an end.
Nani’s latest film still has a few shows left in India, but they are barely contributing to its collections. On its fifth Friday, the film completed 30 days at the box office. Despite its poor performance, the film marked Nani‘s first 100 crore net grosser in India.

On its fifth Friday, the film earned just 1 lakh from 33 shows across India. This came a day after the film landed on Netflix, beginning its streaming journey. In total, the film has earned 120.99 crore net at the Indian box office, which translates to 142.77 crore gross. Overseas, the film grossed 31.15 crore, bringing its worldwide total to 173.92 crore.

After 30 days, it has recovered 60.50% of its budget and is facing a deficit of 79.01 crore, or 39.51%. Even though it is Nani’s highest-grossing film, it is not a box-office success. According to Koimoi’s parameters, with the film having recovered more than 50% of its budget, it is a losing affair.
