1. Raghava Lawrence (Jigarthanda Double X)
Lawrence is an established actor and a great dancer known for contributing to Tamil cinema. Megastar Rajinikanth saw him as a car cleaner for fight master Super Subbanarayan and helped him join the Dancers Union. He got his first lead role in Arpudham and got his breakthrough with Muni, the horror thriller. His movie Jigarthanda DoubleX is the prequel to 2014’s Jigarthanda.
2. Mammootty (Kathal: The Core)
Mammootty is a veteran South actor who acts predominantly in Malayalam and Tamil movies. However, he has also appeared in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi productions. He has featured in over 400 films and got his breakthrough in Ahimsa. The senior actor has won several awards and honors in his illustrated career, including the Padma Shri. He is nominated for his film Kathal: The Core, which Jeo Baby directed. Mammootty shared the screen with Jyothika in this 2023 drama.
3.Tovino Thomas (2018)
Tovino Thomas made his acting debut in 2012 with Prabhuvinte Makkal. His breakthrough came with films like ABCD, 7th Day, and Ennu Moideen. Thomas also has his own production house, Tovino Thomas Production. The actor is also known for appearing as a superhero in Netflix’s Minnal Murali in 2021. His film 2018 is a survival drama about the 2018 Kerala floods and Jude Anthany Joseph directed it. It opened to positive reviews, and the film became one of the highest-grossing Malayalam films of all time.
4. Rajinikanth (Jailer)
Rajinikanth – the man, the Thalaiva, and the legend- has been ruling the Tamil industry for years. His popularity knows no bounds, and the senior actor has done 169 films across various languages. He has been vested with several honors, including Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan, Dadasaheb Phalke Award, and more. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, it is an action film with guest appearances from Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, and Shiva Rajkumar.
