Jailer 2 Pushes Indian 2 Out Of The Top 10

Passing high-profile dubbed releases like Kanguva, Leo, and Ponniyin Selvan 2, Jailer 2 trails only behind Rajinikanth‘s own 2.0 and the 2016 phenomenon Kabali in the Hindi belt! In fact, while it found a spot in the top 10 openings, it has pushed Indian 2 out of the top 10 Hindi-dubbed Tamil openings of all time!

Despite screen limitations, Rajini The Jailer 2 generated exceptional footfalls across single screens. Thalaivar’s iconic screen presence, combined with the goodwill of its 2023 predecessor and Anirudh Ravichander‘s viral music, is winning hearts for the Hindi version!

By netting 3.40 – 3.80 crore in Hindi on Day 1, Jailer 2 has set up a solid base for the opening weekend. With positive word-of-mouth, the Hindi dub is well-positioned to record strong growth over Saturday and Sunday!
